Use the following instructions for when your student is unable or unauthorized to join zoom meetings.  

 

1.  In the Chrome browser, make sure your student is logged into their SRVUSD Google account using their ID#@students.srvusd.net email address and password.

2. In a new window on the Chrome browser, open the SRVUSD Zoom webpage  https://srvusd-net.zoom.us/ (screen shown below). 

Click on ‘Sign In’. This should automatically take your student to the SRVUSD Zoom account (screen shown below). If not, they may be asked to enter their ID#@students.srvusd.net email address and password.

 

3. Once the student is signed into the SRVUSD Zoom account, the zoom links provided by their teacher should work (this is probably the key takeaway).  Students can also click on ‘JOIN A MEETING’ on the SRVUSD zoom webpage and enter the meeting ID and password provided by the teacher.
